Due to the perishable nature of our premium tea leaves and artisanal snacks, we cannot accept returns on food items; however, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or store credit.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Shipment

    Upon arrival, carefully examine your tea canisters and vacuum-sealed packaging for any signs of transit damage or compromised seals.

    Document the Issue

    Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box, including the mailing label, to help us expedite your claim.

  • 3.
    Contact Our Team

    Send an email to support@tecompany.com with your order number and the attached photos within one week of receiving your package.

  • 4.
    Receive Resolution

    Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement shipment or provide a digital gift card for the full value of the affected items.
